Your Wildest Dreams Revealed Series #4: Dreams vs Reality

Your Wildest Dreams Revealed Series #4: Dreams vs Reality

You have sent me many dream questions and I’ve been waiting for a rainy day to answer them. Well, it’s raining. So, I’ve shut off my cell phone and hung the Do Not Disturb sign on my door that I “permanently borrowed” from a hotel room. In order to answer them all, I’ve created a dream series because I believe that by reading the answers to the dreams of others we enrich our waking-life. Each section in the series will focus on answering your dream questions.

Today, your wildest dream questions are my main priority.

Your Question: How do you tell dreams from reality? Are dreams less vivid?

Dreams can be as vivid as reality while you are in the dream state, and that is why one of the types of dream we can have is known as a Waking Dream.

Waking dreams fell like a dream joke. We think we have awakened, are preparing for work or school as we do during our daily routine, and then when the door to the bus or our car opens we see the driver is Harry Potter.

Ding-ding! You are still dreaming.

We wake up and want to pinch ourselves to be sure it’s was a dream and that now we really are awake, because a waking dream can consist of multiple doors. We are relieved when we think we just woke up from Harry Potter, only to find that as we walk out our front door we are now in Jurassic Park.

When do the dreams end and reality begin? “Am I stuck in my dream world FOREVER?” you might ask.

These waking dreams can be so ludicrous that we actually laugh ourselves wake. So how do we know when the dream has stopped morphing between tricky dream realities and our car is just a car?

Pain is awakened reality. Pain wakes us up. Also, true reality has validation.

However, you can also have a Precognitive Dream that is validated in reality, such as a medical report, or meeting the person in your dreams from three nights ago in a movie theatre when you sit beside them.

Dreams are magical.

A vivid Lucid Dream is part of your reality. Reality is grounded. An example would be not flying through the air with just our bodies when we are awake.

I hope this helps to answers your incredible dream question. Ask me anything.

Your Wildest Dreams Revealed Series- #3 Dreams and Dreaming

You have sent me many dream questions and I’ve been waiting for a rainy day to answer them. Well, it’s raining. So, I’ve shut off my cell phone and hung the Do Not Disturb sign I “permanently borrowed” from a hotel room on my door. In order to answer them all, I’ve created a dream series because I believe that by reading the answers to the dreams of others we enrich our waking-life. Each section in the series will focus on answering your dream questions.

Today, your wildest dream questions are my main priority.

Your Question: How come my dreams come true and is this normal and how do I tune into it more?

In order to tune into your dreams you must be able to access them long after you have dreamed them. That can be accomplished by keeping a dream journal beside your bed so you can write your dreams down first thing in the morning.

Be sure to have a pencil there as well because hunting for one may cause you to become distracted and forget your dream. Dreams are very illusive. They often dissipate like swirling wisps of smoke as soon as they see the light of day.

Your dream journal will help you decide if you had a Deja-vu or a Dream-Come-True.

  • A Deja-vu can be considered a post-cognitive dream that takes you into the past to find solutions to present challenges.
  • A Dream-Come-True is a pre-cognitive dream that shows you the future so you are warned.

Precognitive dreams are dreams that come true because they are dreams that show you a bit of the future. In your dream state you may travel the time continuum, or you may receive important information from your spirit guides or guardian angels. They are an innate gift. We are their job and they take that job seriously and often speak to us with words or PICTURES in dreams.

My dreams warned me that my doctors had missed my breast cancer all three times.

If I had not believed my precognitive dreams validated by pathology reports and self-advocated for additional tests I’d be dead. This dream is in the latest book, Chicken Soup for the Soul: Dreams and Premonitions.

Some health dreams that came true are also in this recently published medical study done by Dr. Larry Burk. 2015 May-June Volume 11, Issue 3, pages 193-198 Warning Dreams Preceding the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer: A Survey of the Most Important Characteristics Page on explorejournal.com

I hope this helps to answers your incredible dream question. Ask me anything in the comment box.

Your Wildest Dreams Revealed Series: # 2- Early Morning Dreams vs Midnight Dreams

Your Wildest Dreams Revealed Series: # 2- Early Morning Dreams vs Midnight Dreams

Your Question: Do early morning dreams come true or is only the ones we dream at midnight?

Yes, some early morning dreams can come true and they are known as Precognitive Dreams. The best way to know if your early morning dreams do come true during the day is to keep a dream journal beside your bed so you can watch for dream validation during your waking hours.

Validation can come in the form of someone saying something to you that you suddenly remember from your dream, it can be something you saw in your dream, or a situation that was worked- out in your dream.

Early morning dreams are the easiest to remember because you are coming up from the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) level of sleep through the Theta Level. The Theta Level is often used for healing.

How will you know if your dreams come true if you don’t have a way of going back to see what the dreams were or what the validation was in your waking-world.

Precognitive dreams are:

•   Dreams that come true

•   Dreams that show you a bit of the future

•   Validated in the waking- world

In your dream-state you may travel the time continuum, or you may receive important information from your spirit guides or guardian angels.

Your guardian angels are an innate gift. You are their job and they take that job seriously and often speak to us with words or PICTURES in dreams.

My dreams warned me that my doctors had missed my breast cancer all three times. If I had not believed my precognitive dreams validated by pathology reports that helped me self-advocated for additional tests I’d be dead.

Your Wildest Dreams Revealed Series: #1-Remembering Dreams

Your Wildest Dreams Revealed Series: #1-Remembering Dreams

You have sent me many dream questions and I’ve been waiting for a rainy day to answer them. Well, it’s raining. So, I’ve shut off my cell phone and hung the Do Not Disturb sign I “permanently borrowed” from a hotel room on my door. In order to answer them all, I’ve created a dream series because I believe that by reading the answers to the dreams of others we enrich our wking- life. Each section in the series will focus on answering your dream questions.

Today, your wildest dream questions are my main priority.

Your Question.) What are good ways to remember dreams? Why is it important to remember your dreams?

Have you ever prayed for help with a life-challenge?

Your prayers may be answered in your dreams. Dreams are Sacred Doorways to Celestial Information that can impact your waking life.

Remembering your dreams is as easy as 1-2-3-4-5.

Your dreams are an incredible tool that can help you overcome or work through any illness or crisis with guided healing information. The trick is remembering them.

Here are some tips and information to help you remember your dreams and connect with Inner-guidance for a healthier and more fulfilled life.

George Noory of Coast to Coast AM Radio interviewed Kathleen (Kat) O’Keefe-Kanavos on prophetic dreams that diagnosed her breast cancer three times. The most important thing about the dreams was remembering them.

Without dream memory there was no hope.

During the show Kat Kanavos also discusses additional ways to remember your dreams. The actual link to the show is at the bottom of this information.

Here are five simple steps you can use tonight to help remember your dreams.

I.)Verbally voice your intention to remember your dream before you go to sleep.

II.) Keep a notebook beside your bed and when you awaken, write what you remember. Early-morning dreams are the easiest to remember. If you are having trouble remembering, lie down in bed in the same position you were in when you awoke, relax, and try to remember anything at all.

III.) Write down your feelings at the time you awoke if the dream still allusive -Happy, Sad, Frightened, Content or Anxious.

IV.) Write down any color that pops into your mind while trying to remember the dream.

V.) Give your dream a title, even if it’s The Dream Without a Name. If some part of the dream returns during the day, jot it down on a piece of paper and add it to your dream journal.

Over time your dreams will become longer as you begin to interface with yourself, your Inner-guidance, and your Spirit-guides and Guardian-angels.

We all have Spirit-guides And Guardian-angels. We are their job and they take that job very seriously. Remembering your guides and angels is reconnecting with your true essence.

Meeting guides/angels in your dreams is a wonderful step to a healthier and more fulfilled life.

If you have not done so already, set your intention tonight to remember your dreams and meet your Spirit-guides. They are waiting for you. It could make a big difference in your life because you will never feel alone, again.

Help others by sharing your personal steps for remembering your dreams in the comments.

Your Sexy Superfood Recipe for Love and Beauty in 2016

Your Sexy Superfood Recipe for Love and Beauty in 2016

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” ~ Hippocrates

Have you planned something unexpected for Valentine’s Day that’s sexy, romantic, intriguing and healthy? Love is in the air. Cupid’s arrow is aimed at your heart. Better think quick! How about indulging in a relaxing, or exciting, bath with the one you love. Now kick it up a notch and add luxurious olive oil. That’s sexy on steroids! It’s back to the future with the decadence and fun of the Roman and Greek gods. Ahhhbut your so worth it…every golden drop.

How often have you seen secrets from the past catch up to the future? Well it has happened again. An ancient hidden key to a healthy body and sex life is revealed. Superfood olive oil is not just for cooking. It is also for beauty and much more. Holiday Magazines have been filled with eye-catching recipes. But, this article is a different kind of recipe for a gorgeous, sexy you inside and out for 2016.

Did you know olive oil is much more than a great food? It is a superfood and beauty product that meets so many needs. It is wonderful for your delicate skin during the harsh winter months, while vacating on hot sun-kissed beaches or on icy wind-swept ski-slopes.

Healthy glowing skin is downright sexy!

Referring to olive oil in this article means cold pressed extra virgin organic olive oil.

Sexy is nice, but what are the scientific facts behind the benefits of olive oil and your skin?

According to Olive Oil Times, studies have shown olive oil’s oleocanthal phytonutrient mimics the effect of ibuprofen in reducing inflammation, “which can decrease the risk of breast cancer and recurrence. Squalene and lignans are olive oil components currently studied for their possible effects on cancer. Pure olive oil is very rich in vitamins A, E, K, minerals and natural fatty acids. It nourishes, rejuvenates, protects, prolongs, hydrates and maintains skin’s elasticity and softness. The healing power of olive oil also helps skin cells regenerate. It is perfect for sensitive skin which may react negatively to heavier pour clogging oils. Olive oil is a powerful ingredient present in many expensive anti-aging skin care products because it is rich in antioxidants found to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

Follow your lucky Stars!

  • “An anti-aging wonder food with head-to-toe benefits.” Dr. Oz describes olive oil as, “Liquid Gold. I want every one of you to start using it every single day.”

  • “Before I go onstage, I drink olive oil. It’s disgusting, but it’s good for your throat,” singer Selena Gomez told the UK’s Top of the Pops.

  • Australian model Miranda Kerr swears by mixing olive oil with a little lemon juice for shiny locks. It’s a home recipe my mother taught me and I have yet to find a better way to repair my split ends after a catwalk show,” she told French Elle magazine.

The list of olive oil benefits is long, but let’s talk 9 practical daily beauty uses:

1.   Facial Moisturizer-Use it full strength on your face. Greek woman have beautiful skin.

2.   Hair– Italians have glorious hair. Olive oil hair conditioning treatment is quick and easy.

  • Before shampooing apply warmed olive oil to hair (oil should be warm to the touch), let it sit on your locks for an hour. Shampoo and condition as usual. It may be necessary to shampoo twice to remove residual oil.
  • After shampooing add three drops in 8 ounces of warm water for a final rinse.      Your hair will glow. Apply more for dry hair, less for normal hair and only on the ends for naturally oily hair.

3.    Anti-hot iron damage Add a small drop to hands and distribute evenly though hair (or just the ends) before using hot irons, blow dryers or other heat related hair appliances, or add it to products you already have (waste not want not) for extra protection.

4.   Makeup remover- Remove stubborn “24 hour” makeup and waterproof mascara with a small amount of olive oil on a damp cotton pad. Gently wipe away all the makeup from your face without scrubbing or tugging on sensitive skin. While it gently removes makeup it nourishes your skin at the same time.

5.   Bath oilAdd it to your bath water for a healthy soak. Gorgeous Italian actress Sophia Loren has a beauty secret – she loves taking olive oil baths by adding two tablespoons of oil to her bathwater.

6.   Body moisturizer- Add a few drops to your body moisturizer for longer lasting hydration. It will also make your favorite products last longer.

7.   Perfume- mix a few drops with your perfume to increase the life of your fragrance.

8.   Shower oilAfter your shower distributes oil to your wet body, wait 30 seconds and then gently pat skin dry. Your skin will glow!

9. Sexy Signature Fragrances- create your own one-of-a-kind fragrance fit for a king or queen because fragrance is an aphrodisiac. Mix essential oils like lavender, rose or sandalwood with olive oil. Your fragrance can be as strong or light as you choose to make it. Apply it sparingly to strategic hot-spots; behind the ears or on wrists, or dilute it by spreading it all over your wet body after a shower for a combination of great smell and softness that will last all day long. Oil has a natural way of holding onto scents that outlasts alcohol based fragrances. This is one reason why most oil based perfumes are costly.

We would be remiss if we did not share a short olive oil food recipe.

There are many flavors of olive oil; the darker the oil the stronger the taste. Olive oil in dressings will improve your skin, hair and nails, and will nourish your body from the inside out. It pairs well with apple cider vinegar which contains more inflammation fighting properties. The latest research findings have shown that consuming a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar daily has health benefits for type 2 Diabetes, has been seen to help arthritis and heart patients, and can help with weight loss.

Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing Recipe.

Tips:

  • Do not mix oil and vinegar together. They will not combine.

  • 3 to 1 Rule- Three Tablespoons of Olive Oil to 1 Tablespoon of Vinegar

Directions:

  • Rinse lettuce and shake off excessive water. Do not pat dry. Add oil and toss. Residual moisture will distribute the oil evenly which will keep the lettuce from wilting from the vinegar acids.

  • Drizzle vinegar onto lettuce and toss again.

  • Season with salt and pepper or your favorite herbs to taste.

Remember, beauty starts from within. Organic is a great way to eat but using organic products on your body is a healthy alternative to processed chemicals and dyes.

Buy the best olive oil you can afford and use it strategically.

A drop will do. By using it sparingly on your food, in your cooking recipes, with your products, in the bath or directly on your body, a bottle of high grade extra virgin organic olive oil can last a long time. And, you will be reminded of its benefits every time you look in the mirror.

Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder but healthy is a measurable fact.

Combine beauty with health to create a sexy state of being stronger than the sum of its individual parts. Stay strong with the olive oil glow of wellness. Like the Mediterranean Diet, olive oil is a great secret kept by some of the most beautiful women and men in the world. The secret is now yours.
